Corporate background

A career spanning nearly 20 years in two major American multinationals, Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson, led to holding roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in the position of Sales & Trade Marketing Director.
The experience developed across four key markets – Mass Market, Perfumery, Pharmacy, and Optics – with a strong focus on business reorganization.
New processes and procedures were implemented, while sales and trade marketing structures were redesigned to enhance efficiency and performance.
Training has always played a central role, with the development of technical training programs, the creation of support materials such as Sales Manuals and negotiation course handbooks, as well as the introduction of Induction Training courses for new hires and the establishment of a sales trainer function.
After transitioning from the corporate world, I leveraged my deep expertise in sales, combined with a passion for people development and training, to design practical and engaging consulting approaches and training programs.
This extensive experience has led to significant collaborations with LUISS Business School as a faculty member in the Marketing & Sales master’s programs and the MBA-PT, as well as strategic partnerships with global consulting firms.
